Get access to your new leads
In reality it’s very simple, just follow these steps.
Go to your Facebook page you’re running Facebook lead ads on.
I am using my beglobal agency‘s.
Point your mouse to the More at the top toolbar and click on Publishing Tools.
On the left you’ll see a sidebar.
From here you can access multiple tools for content creation on you Facebook page, see your draft and scheduled posts, your page videos, shop orders and many more.
But right now we’re interested in downloading you new leads.
See Lead Ads Forms section below? This is where you’ll find yor new leads.
Click on Forms Library.
Here you’ll find all forms from Facebook lead ads campaigns you created in the past.
Choose which form you want to download leads from and click download.
And that’s it.
Now you cam import your leads to your contacts, email marketing tool you’re using or anywhere else.
There is no limit how many times you can download your leads.
You can do it hourly, daily, weekly, as you wish.
The best thing is, Facebook will remember when you accessed your leads last time, so it will only export new leads collected from the last download.
Sync you new leads with your CRM or email marketing tool
Now remember, Facebook will only keep leads available for download up to 90 days.
This means you won’t be able to access and download your leads after that.
It would be shame to lose all new leads you paid for through your Facebook lead ads campaign, right?
That’s when syncing new leads with your CRM or email marketing tool you’re using can come in handy.
